To reserve a room you will be required to provide valid card details to guarantee the booking.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
Deposits can be made by debit/credit card. The balance is due on departure and may be paid by cash or credit/debit card. Cheques are only accepted if the deposit has been made by cheque or if the cheque is presented with time to clear by the end of your stay.
Please be aware that we make a 2.5% charge on credit card payments – debit cards incur no charge. 1 night stays (where available) must be paid for at time of booking and are non-refundable.
All cancellations for whatever reason, whether part or in full will be charged at full rate. We do not accept amendments to lessen the nights without the full amount being due. Although we are not obliged to in the event that we can re-let the room the value of this will be taken from the total booking cost. The same terms apply to a non-arrival. We strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance.
CHECK IN/CHECK OUT
Our usual check in times are 4-8pm. If you need to arrive outside of these times please let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your requirements. Check out is 10.30 am on day of departure.
Smoking is prohibited in the building. We reserve the right to terminate the booking in the event of failure or suspicion of failure to comply with this request without being liable for refund or compensation.
Any damage to the fixtures and fittings during your stay is liable to be charged to the card details given at time of booking.
BY BOOKING YOU ACCEPT THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
